Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order as many of the items are small batch made to order. Allow an additional 4-7 days for standard shipping/delivery. Feel free to utilize Live Chat button on homepage for order Status Updates. 

Unblemished Skincare Solutions, LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit with the postal carriers. We are not responsible for the presentation of the product once it leaves our facility, i.e. contents of masks or moisturizers shifted in jar. As long as the seal is intact the product is safe to use.

However, we do carry insurance on all our Priority shipments or if you opt for it at checkout via Route. Do not hesitate to contact us should you received your package extensively damaged and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
